DOMINO and MISTY went home to a couple in Waukesha who have previously adopted two other WSR shelties (Little Lady (formerly Trina) and K.C.)

JACK - Home to Minoqua to a nice family with lots of room to run and chase his new standard dachshund brother Bismark.

 

WILLIE!! This little sympathy getter went to a nice home that has mini horses. He has some pretty big shoes to fill because they recently lost their golden retriever to old age. Those big brown eyes are going to have no problem winning them over to shelties.

COLBY is a 5 month old sheltie pup that was left at a groomer when the owner's never came to pick him up again.

SHASTA (the separation anxiety guy) now named Skippy went to a great home where he will have to learn to be a yooper (U.P. Michigan). He lives with a great retired guy who is solving his separation anxiety problem by not ever leaving him home alone. Skippy is going to go everywhere with Howard!!! The whole town knew that Skippy was coming to live there. Thanks to Ginny and my mom for transporting him.

     
OLIVER (no picture available) This pup was born Dec. 29, 1999, and sold to people who decided to give up on housebreaking about a week later. He came from Pet Parade in Appleton. He will now spend the rest of his life with a nice couple who will take him camping and let him play with their cats.
SOPHIE- This 9 year old sable went to a home with a great family who adopted Laddie in the past. Now Laddie and Sophie are having a blast trying to decide who's the top dog.
SHELBY is going to his new home tonight where he will work on focusing his herding energy on something positive. He's going to learn to be an agility dog from his boxer brother.
MAGGIE was adopted to the Chicago area where Semi and Katie were going to go. Enjoying life in a high rise apartment complex and long walks in the park.
BUCKY (no picture available) Was adopted to a wonderful family in Kaukauna

       

TINA and SHASTA

SHASTA, , the young sable guy, came from a shelter up north and will make his new home with a nice man in Appleton. TINA (pictured) is a deaf sheltie with blue eyes who will make her newhome in Appleton with Shasta's dad's girlfriend, who lives just two blocks away.

 
Beautiful CHELSEA went to a wonderful home in Plymouth where she's the companion of an elderly woman in an apartment complex. Chelsea accompanies her on daily walks, and is the envy of the other neighborhood dogs.
Dear little AXEL found his forever home in Plymouth with a couple who has two rescue sheltiesfrom WSR already (Rascal and Roundup!). His liver surgery was not successful, so he will continue his life with a special diet.
BLUE (formerly Lindy) This approx. 1 year old boy is going to play the rest of his life with a young golden retriever named Kessler. The two of them are tearing around the house when they're not playing in the fenced-in backyard.

       
JASMINE (no picture) This tri-colored little curious girl that was part of the recent collector/puppymill group went to a home in Delevan, WI where she joins her new rescue sheltie sister, Princess. Princess also came from a puppymill, so they'll have lots to talk about.
We know that RAVEN (Squirrel) has been praying for a long time to find his "forever" home. We also know someone was listening to him, because Raven's prayers were finally answered: a Sheboygan-area Priest adopted him! He now shares space with a 17 year old corgi/beagle mix.
JINGLES Moved to Green Bay with a houseful of children.
MARAI (formerly Mariah) went to a home in Green Bay with a couple who has a rescue sheltie they adopted from WSR last year (Chico). She is enjoying his company and learning how to become a family pet.
 
KC went to the same home as Little Lady (formerly Trina, the three legged sheltie), in Waukesha. He is having a great time in his new home with Little Lady and a bratty bird.
ALEX (no picture) was the female that came in With Axel. She was adopted almost immediately upon entering WSR!

           
SHELBY The eskie/pom/sheltie mix that ended up in rescue went to a great home in Manitowoc who adopted from WSR before and was in the market for a playmate for their first rescue. They share a home with a few cats, and are getting along great.
JINGLES and SCRUFFY Jingles, the mini version of Lisa Martin's own sheltie, Casey, went home January 7 to a family in Menominee MI. Thanks for Linda for transport! Scruffy was the sheltie puppy (product of a divorce) who is looking forward to providing his new family with a lifetime of sheltie-ness.
NICK - This sable and white bed hog boy went to a family in the Madison area with a little girl who doesn't mind sharing her pillow.
