BAILEY
Thanks to Katy's mom Mel for the referral, Bailey makes her home
with
a little Papillion and a WSR sheltie for a next door neighbor. |

BABY
was surrendered due to financial and other difficulties in her family. She is
a very young 10 year old and now makes her home with another "youngster",
a lovely elderly lady in western Wisconsin who has owned shelties all her
life.

His foster home decided that he was so sweet, laid back and adaptable that he
was the perfect dog and they are now his new forever home!

makes his home with his twin WSR sheltie brother Corey. As soon as I told Corey's
mom that I had his twin, she wanted him. Now she's got little sable boy
bookends... and a sheltie sister to keep them in line. |

MAGGIE
makes her home with a wonderful man who adopted a WSR senior sheltie just a short
time ago. Unfortunately, he didn't have her for very long, but we hope
that he and Maggie have a nice long relationship. |

MAX
makes his home with a great couple who recently lost their senior sheltie. He's
happy to be the top dog in the house. He's a little peanut of a guy and his
main job at his new house is being a lap dog :))

BLUE
the scared guy from the Missouri rescue makes his home with another WSR sheltie
who's going to teach him all about being a "pet" instead of a "puppymill
breeding stock". He's going to have alot of work ahead of him learning
everything that he's been missing for the last six years, but he is in
just the right family to help him.

Prinz
Abu
(aka Buddy or Boo) was adopted by a wonderful family from northern MN who had
recently lost their older male sheltie. Boo now has sheltie sister Josie and
gets to go to work with Mom during the day.

ELMO

makes his home with Homer, another white deaf sheltie in northern Wisconsin.
Watch for him in the future on Animal Planet as an agility dog. |

TOBY
makes his home with the third (and hopefully final) WSR adopter that's had him.
Their senior WSR sheltie, Brittany recently passed away and left sheltie
Cosmo without a buddy, so Toby has some pretty big shoes to fill. |

NINA
was adopted by two gentleman who had previously adopted several older shelties
from rescue groups and were looking for a youngster to bring new spark
to the household and provide companionship to their 10 year old sheltie
Tobie - which Nina is already doing!

BONNIE
has found the home of her dreams with a new mom to dote on her, a beautiful fenced
yard, and two canine siblings - a 10 year old sheltie and a 9 yr old Irish
Wolf Hound (who gets pulled in the wagon when her arthritis makes the daily
family walk too difficult.)

REGGIE
makes his home with two other rowdy WSR shelties, Shawn & Levi. Now, Reggie's
new mom has one in almost every color!!! Hmmm...She still needs a Tri! |

makes his home with a nice woman who had a senior sheltie that passed away. He
has two Husky boys living next door and between them and his new owner,
he'll be learning some manners quickly! |

BUDDY
had cancerous tumors removed from his leg earlier this year. He is doing
well and has decided to adopt his foster moms as his forever home.

owner had a sheltie that recently passed away and he and Maggie are a great

She now makes her home with a young woman who grew up with shelties and

makes her home with great couple in a beautiful home in the country. She has
another WSR sheltie to romp around with and she's happy to finally have

CORKY
was surrendered due to a death in her family. Terrific folks who knew Corky and
her previous owners saw her on the website and are now her new family.
Corky also has a buddy, 13 year old sheltie mix Abby.

track after being in a home for the last two years that didn't teach him

KAYLEE
was adopted by a Minnesota family with two children, two cats, and Angus, a sheltie
rescued by MNSR two years ago before we formalized the group. Kaylee's
new brother was delighted to meet his new sister. Kaylee's new name is
Fiona to continue the Scottish theme in her new home.

was adopted by a gentleman who had visited her every day at the pound, then applied
to MN Sheltie Rescue to adopt her. Maddie now has a look-alike buddy, a
collie/spitz mix and a wonderful new daddy to dote on her.

SCOTTY
the Collie - Went to a nice home with a woman who does collie rescue and was
here for other reasons, fell in love with Scotty and wanted him for herself.
He's probably happy to be with collies his own size instead of all these
miniature ones!

CHEYENNE
makes her home with a great previous WSR adopter and their three
shelties. Now I think they have every color accounted for!

DAISY
is home with a sheltie rescue person who will soon be a collector
if she doesn't stop keeping the ones that get attached to her
and won't leave...
